专利摘要:
A process is disclosed for applying a thick inset of an antifriction or a thermosetting resin on a metallic surface, comprising the steps of forming a set of parallel and adjoining grooves on said metallic surface, jumping-up alternately the intergroove ridges in order to extend the anchorage surface for the resin and sintering the resin, such as Teflon, on the metallic surface which has been so prepared.

专利说明:

The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a product, on the surface of which a thick antifriction resin insert is applied, in particular from polytetrafluoroethylene, better known as teflon or fluoroplastic.
The aim of the invention is to increase the adhesion of an anti-friction insert of pure or filled polytetrafluoroethylene.
FIG. I shows a partially ring, on the upper surface of which annular grooves are formed according to the proposed method, axonometrics; in fig. 2 - the same, front view; in fig. 3 - the process of cold-: ripping up the ribs located between adjacent ring grooves with the aid of a tool with nozzles, axonometrics; nl fpg. 4 - a ring on which alternation with landing on edges is carried out, front view; figure 5 is the same axonometric; in fig. 6 - partly ring with anti-friction insert, axonometric (cross-section shown in accordance with the landing of the ribs); in fig. 7 - the same, in the area where the draft was made, front view.
The method of applying a thick anti-friction insert to the upper surface of the ring 1 having a rectangular cross section is carried out as follows.
On the perchpei, the surface of the ring 1 by turning is used to obtain a series of parallel grooves 2x1, and the grooves located with the outer 3 and inside 40 also have the thickness of the ribs
The early 4 sides of this surface have a depth of 0.5 mm, and the grooves located between them have a depth of 2 mm. These grooves have a width of 2 t-PL and are separated by ribs 5 having 0.5 mm. Then, alternately settling on the fins 5 of the projections 6 with the help of the roller 7, which has the neat notches 8 (Fig. 3). The roller 7, mounted loosely on the shaft 9, is pressed with force P to the said ribs 5 in such a way that the notches 8 of the roller are perpendicular to the ribs, while the ring 1 is rotated under the roller in the direction indicated by the arrow 10 (Fig. 3). As a result of this treatment, an alternating sequence is obtained on the edges 5.

the longitudinal direction of the ribs (figure 4). The extruded portions form notches 11, which hang over the internal cavity of the grooves 2 and form undercuts.
In the areas of the ribs on which there was no effect of protrusion, protrusions 6 are formed. After this treatment, pure polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) or filled polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) is applied to the upper surface of the ring 1, which is then sintered and a box 12 is obtained.
The insert 12 thus obtained is due to the good adhesion to the metal surface of the ring,. can be processed on the machine (Fig. 6 and 7), where the resulting antifreeze-ZIONNR1 layer is shown to be equal with the treated ends and portions 13,
To ensure good adhesion of the antifriction coating to the surface of the part, it is necessary that the size of the grooves ensure that an amount of antifriction resin is placed that is sufficient for effective adhesion to the surface, but not too large to avoid excessive consumption of the resin and should be such as to provide the possibility of obtaining on the base material (detail) of an appropriate number of grooves, ensuring good retention of the antifriction insert.
to be such as to ensure, when disembarking, reliable reception of notches on the ribs, which form undercuts in the internal cavity of the grooves, and not 4 simple bending of the ribs, which becomes possible if the ribs are too thin.
During the working tests, it was found that in order to obtain a good adhesion of the thick insert to the base, the optimum rib on the ribs can vary from 0.1 to 1.0 mm depending on the QT thickness of the resulting insert, and that the dimensions of the ribs change from their thickness, with the depth of the groove should be 3.5-A, 5 times the thickness of the ribs, and the width of the grooves 2.5-3.5 times the thickness of the ribs.
